This website is general information about Dykstra Consulting and its services. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment or valuation advice, and it does not create an advisor-client relationship. Nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any business or security.

Indicative valuations

The valuation tool produces an indicative range calculated from figures you supply and typical multiples for the industry and size you select. It is an estimate for discussion. It is not an appraisal, not a formal opinion of value, and not suitable for pricing a transaction, financing, litigation, tax reporting or estate planning. Actual transaction value depends on diligence, structure, terms and the buyers available at the time.

Listing information

Information about businesses offered for sale is provided by their owners. We have not independently verified it and make no representation as to its accuracy or completeness. Buyers must conduct their own due diligence and rely on their own advisors. Listings may be withdrawn, changed or placed under contract at any time.

Confidentiality agreements

Where you accept a confidentiality agreement on this site, that acceptance is binding and is recorded with the date, time, IP address and a hash of the text you agreed to. Typing your name is an electronic signature under the E-SIGN Act and applicable state law.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, attempt to circumvent the confidentiality process, scrape or automate submissions, or use anything on this site to compete with a business offered for sale. Access may be withdrawn without notice.

Third-party professionals

Introductions to attorneys, lenders, accountants, wealth advisors and other professionals are referrals, not endorsements or guarantees. Those professionals are independent, engage you directly and are solely responsible for their own advice and services.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dykstra Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from its use, or from reliance on any estimate, listing or information published here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.
